Inland Hospital is gearing up to fight hunger in local communities. Partnering with United Way, Inland will be working towards a goal of collecting 1,000 pounds of non-perishable food items as well as personal care, household and baby items throughout the month of March.
The goal of the project is simple: collect these products for local food pantries to distribute to individuals and families in their community. The hospital was attracted to the project because it fits well with their mission “To care for and serve our community.”
Any of the items mentioned can be donated at Inland Hospital’s, volunteer front desk or to any of the New Horizons locations in Madison, North Anson, or Unity.
